I’m here to help you fall in love with being healthy, fit, & FREE in the Lord ~ spirit, soul, AND body.

Why are we doing this Retreat? There's something super special about getting together in person. This is our 3rd Annual Women's Retreat and we want to CELEBRATE YOU!

I know how hard it can be to juggle all the things we get to do while also trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

During this year's "The Fullness" Women's Retreat, you will experience first-hand the joys of W3 and PraiseMoves and walk in new levels of success, peace, health, and JOY!

This is about MAKING TIME for you and your relationship with the Lord in COMMUNITY with other sisters in Christ.

Frequently Asked Questions

HOURS? WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE? LEAVE?

Please feel free to come in anytime Friday, late morning or afternoon. The fun begins Friday evening, October 23! We'll have dinner together, and then fellowship and fun!

If you need to come in the night before or stay another night or two, simply call the Hilton Garden Inn at Tulsa Int'l Airport and they will take care of that for you.

After a full weekend Friday night, all day Saturday, Saturday night, and Sunday morning, we will finish up around Noon on Sunday. Schedule any outbound flights after 2:00 or 3:00 PM.

WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?

Casual, comfortable. There's an indoor pool if you like swimming. We'll probably have a fun PraiseWaves class for those who want to join us! There's also a fitness center.

Because of room size, registration is limited to 50 women. To accommodate the most people, we will enjoy standing and seated PraiseMoves, so NO NEED to bring a mat.
