Meet the artist,
Arlene Lumbao.
Arlene has been a Certified PraiseMoves Instructor since 2015. In addition to her fitness ministry, she works full-time as a project manager, and together with her husband, Ronald homeschools their children Omera and Gabriel.
Located in Pasig City, Philippines, Arlene has presented PraiseMoves at numerous conferences, fitness centers, women's retreats, and even on TV for CBN Asia!
Watercolor is her favorite medium because it allows a range of styles from realistic to impressionist. Landscapes and cityscapes were her first subjects.
With time to paint only on weekends, Arlene would pray for inspiration and instruction on which posture to work on. Beginning in May 2021 each posture slowly came to life until the PraiseMoves Basic 22 was completed in June 2022.
“In obedience to 1 Corinthians 10:31 to do all for the glory of God, I prayed for how I may use my art for the Lord.
"I was quickly inspired to paint the PraiseMoves postures.”
