Crystal Cupp, CPI

Born in the mountains of Southwestern VA, Crystal Cupp was raised in a God fearing home. Asking Jesus into her heart as a child, she wanted to be a “SonBeam For Him” just like the song says.

Crystal graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, OK in 1982 with an emphasis on Evangelism and Music. She served on the Pastoral Staff at several churches and has held Corporate Training Positions where the fields are white for harvest.

It was also at this time that she began to incorporate running into her life and study ‘healthy cooking” and nutrition.

She currently resides in Virginia and assists her husband with his business, administrates her parents' interests, and ministers upon invitation.

In the early 2000s, Crystal was introduced to PraiseMoves when she sought the Lord regarding helping herself and others with physical health.

Since becoming certified to teach PraiseMoves, she has held classes in homes, churches, schools, and with park and recreation departments.

Crystal enjoys incorporating the “PraiseMoves Lifestyle” into everything she does, whether at her desk or while running, standing in the checkout line, or while making visitation calls in hospitals and nursing homes. She believes there is always a way to move and praise the Lord!

Crystal was CPI of the Year 2023.
